Introduction
Titeflex has 45 years of experience in the design,
development, and manufacture of PTFE hose assemblies.
We are an industry leader in the development of a Lightweight
high density “UNIBRAID” stainless steel
braid construction. This high pressure hose utilizes
a patented process. This process results in a uniform
stress distribution throughout the entire braid bundle.
Product Characteristics
Titeflex Heavy Duty high pressure “370” Series
hose product, introduced in
1968. This hose utilizes a PTFE innerliner fabricated
from the best high performance PTFE copolymer material
available. The innerliner is manufactured by a reliable
proven extrusion and sintering process. Titeflex incorporates
the latest technology in equipment and SPC process
control. This technology assures consistency in fabrication
and achieves maximum quality, resiliency and toughness,
while maintaining minimum effusion, and minimum crystallinity.
These rigid controls ensure that our “370” series
hose meets the requirements of today’s high performance
Aerospace and Missile applications.
